Allow the wikiwand interface to load locally if the extension is installed
If the wikiwand interfacial elements were to be available locally, then the only thing you would have to fetch from the internet would be the wikipedia content. This would improve loading times as well as reduce traffic to your website every time an article is loaded. This can be bundled along with the extension, which would do more than redirection now.
I got the idea from the Mega (ala the Kim Dotcom service) extension and any typical android app, both of which generally have the interface available locally and only load content from out there.

Add a built in player for audio files (.mid, .ogg)
It's really annoying having to download these files just to play them. Also .ogg is not supported without additional downloads of codecs etc, so it's difficult for the average user to even listen to these files.
If you guys could fix that, it'd be a big reason for me to use your app over the original site. Thanks!

Any chance to make the Font & Bkg COLORS of left-side Table of Contents, have a +readable contrast? It's white on gray!
Any chance to make the Font & Bkg COLORS
of the *** left-side Table of Contents ***,
have a more readable contrast?
Font vs Background colors are
currently white on gray...Makes it hard for the User
to browse / read the TOC,
for other items of interest...
in the same page.Maybe allow the User to set the TOC colors?

Allow easy minor editing
Allow easy minor editing, such as typo fixing, easily, for example fixing typos by highlighting a word.
19 votesWe consider this, but it will not happen anytime soon, since we’re focusing on improving the readability and navigation first (Sept 2014)

Scrolling left-sideTable of Contents is hard...
...and, depending on the # of TOC items in a Topic,
the scrolling of the TOC gets stuck-
ie: you can not scroll below the last, displayed TOC item,
although YOU KNOW there are more items below it!...Also, there is a very thin vertical scrollbar (inside the TOC).
Can you make that TOC scroll bar thicker?
(so it's easier to grab and manipulate with Mouse?).Thanks!

Share an article with shortened URL
Have a share button where a link (a shortened URL) would be generated. (Also social sharing would be good to have within the same feature.)

Improve keyboard accessibility
Keyboard accessibility, in terms of visible keyboard focus and the keyboard accessibility of the main menu, doesn't appear to be that good. You have some fantastic tools for changing the look of the content and for in page navigation but it is not possible for those who are unable or prefer not to use a mouse to access these features.

hovering over wiki links brings up infoboxes with no time in. That's bit frustrating and distracting.
