    This is from a while ago but I found it because I'm looking for the same thing! Wikiwand links are a good advertising mechanism but for people who don't know what it is it's startling to send them a link that doesn't look like wikipedia, so I also always have to manually change the link. I'm just one user, but at least for me it's the only reason I'm considering uninstalling the extension which otherwise is amazing! Not worth the trouble when I quickly need to link people without confusing them.
