    I just wanted to confirm for users that Michael Gasperl's suggestion is a valid one.

    Basically you goto Opera extensions, search and install an extension named "Download Chrome Extension" which allows you to use extensions originally designed for "Chrome" this is possible because Opera is in fact a relative of Chrome, built upon the same source code.

    It's also a life saver if certain extensions aren't currently supported by the latest release/version of Opera. This gives users a much bigger library of extensions to choose from.
