For logged-in users, there is a star button on the top right of the article to add the article to the user's watchlist. Such functionality does not exist on wikiwand.

This would be a huge plus now that Wikipedia also syncs watchlists across devices such as mobile.
I read Wikiwand 50% of the time on my computer, but because there's no ability to star to watchlist, I forget what I'm reading when I'm on mobile and don't get to catch up on as much as I'd like, but integrating with Wikipedia's API for at the very least adding to watchlist would be awesome.
