  1. Ctrl-P/Ctrl-Shift-P should open print dialog for actual printable wikipedia page

    Suggestion:

    • Make the wikiwand's print layout pretty (use CSS "@media")

    • Override Ctrl-P/Ctrl-Shift-P/onbeforeprint/onafterprint (event.preventDefault())

  3. Wikiwand as an extension for wikimedia instances

    Give everyone the possibility to design his own Wikimedia instance with your skin.
    An other way could be to make the Browser-extension compatible with all Wikimedia Sites. So the user gets a pop-up when he visits a wikimedia domain and gets asked if he wants to display this site with wikiwand.
    Something like this would be so great!

  4. Colorize back an info boxes

    I can find an info box because Wikiwand has changed color from black to white. Russian Wikipedia.

  5. Some display errors

    The wikiwand left toolbar isn't rendering correctly some special characters on Firefox and maybe other browsers. They are replaced by their code instead, for example :
      (don't know it's for which character)

  6. Selectable rows for tables

    Having the ability to narrow down table rows would be nice. Oftentimes I find myself trying to compare two rows in a table. When those two rows are separated alphabetically by many other rows (e.g., comparing “BitTorrent” and “zsync” on https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Comparison_of_backup_software), I have to scroll up and down the table repeatedly. It’d be great to be able to filter which rows I’d like to show.

    Why isn't Wikiwand HTTPS? Dude, it is 2017. Unsecured sites lack credibility. Just ask Google.

  11. Don't omit the "Not to be confused with ..." text at the top of articles

    If a WIkipedia article has the line "Not to be confused with ..." at the top, WikiWand omits it. But that line is actually really useful, so it should be included.

  12. Link up with a dictionary site

    I like the ability to get the hoverbox over links in a wiki article, and I like the ability to control-click on terms and get the hoverbox paragraph if it's something that has a wiki article attached, but half the stuff I do that for is stuff that I really just want the definition of. A lot of the time in these cases it offers the list of wiki articles I might be looking for, but I'd much rather see a basic definition pulled from somewhere, and then the links underneath or behind an option to explore the wiki pages.

  14. Allow other bookmark saving options than Facebook!

    Google especially, this just seems crazy to me. Twitter would be just as sensible.

    Facebook is largely the domain of an older demographic these days. Even the feedback forum I'm writing this on has an option to sign in with Facebook OR Google. Get with it!

    It would very useful to have an indicator showing the estimated reading of a given article. (e.g. take a look at medium.com )

  17. List "My Bookmarks" when pressing the Chrome extension button

    The button seems useless and has no useful options so it would be awesome to have like history(recent opened wiki pages) or even a bookmark list showing off when pressing the button.

  20. Tables don't always render properly

    E.g., https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Military_service_by_British_royalty
    Compare to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_service_by_British_royalty?oldformat=true

    The first table is incredibly difficult to read, particularly because the header row is unreadable due to the white text. The blue background is ignored on Wikiwand, but the white text is not, so it's white on white.

    Beyond that, it's harder to follow because it's somewhat squished, and there are no table borders to help demarcate the columns properly.
