    I rather simply don't have them (i mean the option). When i would like to really concentrate on the *full* text, i took the printable version of wikipedia. The hyperlink works as a suggestion to my brain that there is more to know about something more general/specific than the thing i am reading about, which is good for trivia building, but not for focusing.
