敝姓楊，一週過去，
昨天有接到負責H&M巨城的主管來電，
表示已經請示過總公司代表回覆，
第一，工讀生是第一個案件，
第二，是跟我聯繫的客服主管，
一週時間過去，是浪費雙方時間，
我已經表明很清楚我的立場，
第一：在評價服飾遭到工讀生的羞辱！
（衣服有瑕疵，妳要折扣沒有辦法；我反應衣服有瑕疵要怎麼處理，他重複跳針，我如果想要折扣沒有辦法。莫名其妙，我付款了嗎？我在菜市場買東西嗎？）
第二：冒昧的請教，負責的窗口的主管她是如何又憑藉什麼能力與資格，（不禮貌的說，是裙帶關係嗎？）當上主管？
她沒有解決我的問題，態度也相當強硬，跟我說我要怎麼做是我的權利（這是廢話）；這是在挑釁我嗎？
我與她達成共識，一週時間處理，我也表示的很清楚，沒有結果不用浪費時間回覆，她昨天已經打擾到我了，也浪費雙方時間，既然沒有共識，您們也不願意提出其他解決方案！既然沒有誠意要處理，又再延伸第二個問題，這樣是要沒完沒了嗎？
她有提出，如果我願意再光臨，她會幫我爭取優惠的折扣；請問現在的問題都沒有解決，還有下次嗎？
工讀生是第一個問題，代表處理問題是第二個問題，我很想知道一個評價服飾集團是這樣教育員工！
一樣評價服飾， UNIQLO等其他評價服飾，我倒是頭一遭遇到這樣的狀況。
論服務沒有服務，論品質沒有品質，瑕疵亞於菜市場！
