[bug] failed to redirect to chapter
Redirection with chapter such as Fourier's law is properly anchored at the desired chapter; however, if a link in an article is redirected, such as Fourier's law of heat conduction in Heat sink, is not anchored down at the chapter.

8 years has passed, and this bug is still there. People just don’t care about anchors?

I think it is similar to my problem. When I select a chapter on the right side bar it sends to the line/chapter correctly but when I want to hide the right sidebar then it goes nuts and sends me down the article and I have to manually search for the line/chapter.

Could that be the same?
I cannot find #FR in http://www.wikiwand.com/en/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2
because Wikwand extension adds a slash to the url like this:
http://www.wikiwand.com/en/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#/FRIn Wikipedia this link/anchor is executed correctly and it works fine:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#FR
