Add option to disable "This article was just edited. Click to reload" warning.
While the intent of the warning is good (in case someone is revisiting a Wikiwand tab they opened long ago) it's unhelpful when it happens on an article I just opened and am reading.
Never has an edit happened while I was reading an article that contained any important new content that was worth making me view an unclosable warning and do a page refresh. The edits in question have always been minor things like someone adding a missing apostrophe or comma, or fixing a typo.
To improve Wikiwand, the warning could either:
- only occur if the change is large (adding >500 bytes)
- have an toggle option to be disabled
- be less conspicuous
- be closable
- or not exist at all and leave the responsibility of not viewing an outdated article to the user
