Get rid of comments (facebook or otherwise).
Comments are a totally unnecessary bloat feature. It will destroy the UX as it adds nothing to the experience one looks for when visiting wikipedia. What people think about wikipedia articles is irrelevant. If there is a factual inaccuracy they can update the article otherwise what else is there to say?

In fact, comments are a great idea but I don't think that it's good with Facebook. It would be better without it. Why not making a sort of block comments in real time, with notifications, with socket.io...

I'm completely shocked anyone thought adding comments to wikipedia would be a good idea: "yes finally, now we can get some real serious conversations going on real serious subjects; you know like how they do it on 9gag"

Fully agree with this. Right now I am using an ad blocker to remove the Facebook comments.
