Client-side settings persistence
I use Wikiwand with sans font type at the biggest size available and the dark theme. It gets back to the default settings(with theme with serif font at smaller size) every time I reopen my browser or when mi IP adresse changes.
Woud it be possible to store the settings on the client-side (in a persistent cookie or through the browser extension for instance) so that I don't have to change them manually so often ?

Link to "Cite this page" under share options
There should be a link to "Cite this page" for easy citation of articles. I think under share options is a suitable place for it.

How to use Wikiwand with Mac OS launcher Alfred
If you have Wikiwand installed and use Mac OS launcher Alfred's native Wikipedia search, you will get an error every time. You have to make a custom search in Alfred using this search url format in the custom search dialog menu:
http://www.wikiwand.com/en/{query}
Then, give it a different keyword than the built-in. I use "wkk" (without quotes). Hopes this helps those who use Alfred.

Subsection preview
For links to subsections of articles, the hover could show the first few sentences of that section instead of the default article preview.

Make links easier to see when the dark background theme is selected.
When the dark background theme is selected, links are displayed as a light gray. These don't look very different from the white text, and can become difficult to distinguish.

improve search
Search titles rather than just the start of a title.
e.g. looking for articles about concrete. Typing "c-o-n-c-r ..." does not locate the article "Types of concrete". Which means you must know that an article exists and the name of the article to find it.
Alternatively Wikipedia could rename all of its articles to e.g. "Concrete, Types of". Which might be a bigger job :-)1 vote -
Make links brighter/more apparent on dark theme
It's difficult to distinguish links in the dark theme, particularly on a laptop screen not at full brightness.

Give San-serif font more weight
I generally prefer san-serif, but currently it's so thin that it's a bit hard to read, particularly with the dark theme.

Fix a Firefox problem when mouse-scrolling in the contents sidebar.
When the entire Contents list does not fit in the sidebar, you can scroll it with the mouse. However, if you hit the bottom of the sidebar, the scroll effect jumps to the main frame. This can cause the main frame to switch to a new topic relative to the Contents list. The result of changing the Contents topic now being displayed causes the highlight in the Contents sidebar to switch to the new topic. That, in turn, causes the sidebar to scroll to display the newly highlighted item. Thus a topic at the bottom of the Contents sidebar may…

Add "Random Article" based on user selection of categories
As an example, a middle schooler is very into algorithms and wants to explore sorting for the next month. He can add to his list of favorite categories "Sorting Algorithms". Random article can use this information to narrow down articles specific to his current interests.
Thanks Wikiwand!

Restore functionality of the 'Back' button
Currently pressing Back tries to navigate to the Wikipedia article, and hence redirects back to the Wikiwand article. This has the effect of disabling the back button unless you right-click it and select the page before the Wikipedia article. Please look into fixing this (if it can be done).

Table Borders
An option to toggle table borders would be nice. I think the extension is really good to focus on what you're reading but with the tables without borders it can be difficult to understand the data on some tables. An example would be http://www.wikiwand.com/en/Pink_Floyd_videography

nowhere to switch to simplied Chinese
it is always automatically converted to traditional Chinese even if the language I choose of the original page is simplified Chinese. And there is nowhere that I can change this setting. Seems like there is a default setting that not allowed to be changed. And that slows down my reading speed really a lot. Hope to be fixed soon !

Enable infoboxes on all sites
When you hover on a link on wikiwand, an infobox opens up. It would be great to have this behaviour on all websites with wikipedia links. Perhaps as an opt-in behaviour.

a way to open normal full site Google Maps from this Wikiwand popup Google Maps
When you click the small Google Maps widget on WikiWand wiki page, it expands so then you have a bigger Google Maps widget inside WikiWand page.
I would like it if there's a way to somehow open proper Google Maps page - either from the small Maps widget or when the bigger Maps widget opens.6 votes -
non metric weights and measures
Instead of simply assuming everyone on the planet wants to bother with conversions to read an article why don't you let them pick a standard in options or settings or whatever passes for personalizing a readers experience.

Scroll a line less
When using the arrow keys to scroll between subtitles, the subtitle itself is hidden from view which is highly annoying. NOT a hard thing to fix.
